How is Naturally Nestled latex made?
Both Naturally Nestled Organic and 100% Natural latex are made via the Dunlop manufacturing process where raw latex is poured into molds and cured into solid latex foam. We never add any synthetic latex or extending fillers in our formulations.
Where is Naturally Nestled latex made?
Naturally Nestled latex is produced by Latex Green in Sri Lanka. Latex Green is the only certified carbon neutral latex manufacturer on the planet.
What are the ILD’s and firmness options?
Naturally Nestled offers three different firmnesses:
Soft – 20 ILD / D65 / 4 lb. per cubic ft.
Medium – 26 ILD / D75 / 4.7 lb. per cubic ft.
Firm – 34 ILD / D85 / 5.3 lb. per cubic ft.
How is latex different from memory foam?
Both Naturally Nestled organic and 100% natural are made from pure natural latex harvested from rubber trees. Memory foam is made from chemicals derived from petroleum, it’s essentially a plastic.
Latex has natural resiliency and stretches to offer both contouring pressure relief and support. Memory foam is one dimensional and offers only pressure relief until you bottom out with time.
What is the difference between 100% natural and organic latex?
Organic latex is harvested from sequestered fields which are farmed without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Natural latex is produced with standard farming practices used by all non-organic natural latex producers.
Naturally Nestled organic latex is the cleanest latex you can buy. Maintaining organic certifications requires dedicated farming and extensive monitoring, there are only four certified organic latex producers worldwide. Limited supply means we pay more for organic purity which requires a slightly higher price.
Naturally Nestled natural latex provides a similar feel and sleep benefits at a lower cost. It’s like choosing a regular apple, it may not be organic but it’s considerably healthier than a candy bar. We provide the options, you decide.
Does latex sleep hot?
Naturally Nestled latex has an open cell structure so air can flow through it allowing body heat to escape so it doesn’t sleep hot. Most other foams are closed cell so they trap body heat and radiate it back at you.
What does GOLS and USDA organic certifications mean?
GOLS is Global Organic Latex Standard and it the governing body which inspects and certifies latex manufacturing facilities adhere to strict organic farming and production processes worldwide.
USDA is United States Department of Agriculture which inspects and certifies latex sold in United States is produced by manufacturers that adhere to strict organic farming and production processes.
What does carbon neutral mean?
Definition: Achieving net zero carbon dioxide emission status by balancing carbon emissions with carbon removal actions.

What is GOTS organic certification?
GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standard) is an international certification that verifies fabrics are produced to organic standards from farm to production.
Can I use Naturally Nestled covers on other brand products?
Yes, Naturally Nestled luxury covers are the same standard sizes as mattresses so any standard size toppers with the same height as our covers will fit inside. They are zippered for easy removal and assembly.
Do toppers and pillow come with covers?
All Naturally Nestled toppers include a cotton sheeting cover to make it easier to handle. Additional luxury topper covers are available.
Naturally Nestled pillows include a cotton sheeting cover as well as an outer luxury cover as pictured.
Can topper and pillow covers be washed?
Naturally Nestled topper and pillow sheeting covers can be hand washed cold and line dried. They should never be put in washing machine or dryer on any cycle.
Naturally Nestled topper and luxury pillow covers are dry clean only.
Motion Bases
Do Naturally Nestled motion bases need assembly?
Naturally Nestled motion bases arrive pre-assembled. Just attach the legs and plug it in. Easy Peasy.
What happens if the power goes out?
The power pack that plugs into the Naturally Nestled motion base has a place for batteries so in the event of power outage you can still make your bed go flat.
What is the weight limit?
Naturally Nestled motion bases have a total weight limit of 710 lbs. including users and the mattress.
What type of mattresses work with the bases?
The best mattresses for Naturally Nestled motion base are foam beds or spring beds without a border rod around the perimeter so the mattress can bend to the movement.

How are Naturally Nestled products shipped?
Naturally Nestled products are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground. We ship from our Chicago factory location usually within one day of receiving your order excluding weekends and holidays.
How do I return a Naturally Nestled item?
Naturally Nestled toppers, pillows, covers and lamps can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Just contact us and let us know you’d like to return and we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Due to the weight and packaging requirements of our motion bases they are not returnable.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the continental US.
